| 1 | I tried to Run or Open the FrySpam.exe file but my security system blocked it. |
| Change the settings in your security system to allow it through and then change them back afterwards or download the FrySpam.zip file. See FrySpam Installation Help | |
| 2 | I downloaded the FrySpam.zip file but I cannot open it. |
| FrySpam.zip is a compressed file that contains other files. You probably have a Windows version prior to Windows XP, so don't have a decompressing (unzip) programme. Download a trial copy of Winzip from www.winzip.com | |
| 3 | I cannot see the close button at the top right hand corner of the screen. |
| Your screen is probably set to 800x600. Click part of the gey button that you can see at the top right hand corner of the screen. This takes you to the Settings screen. Tick 800/600 and close the screen with the X button at the top right. You should be able to see all the buttons now, including the X (close) button at the top right. | |
| 4 | I use Outlook but don't know the path to enter in Settings. |

| You must purchase FrySpam before registering. To purchase FrySpam, go to the DBtoGO web site and click the PayPal logo in the FrySpam row. Until registered, Demonstration mode restricts you to one mail-box. It allows you to create as many rules as you like for wanted mail but only uses the top three rules in the list. | |
