Select the company to invoice from the drop down box. The companies details and previous invoices will be displayed. To create a new invoice click on the 'New Inv Now' or 'New Inv next Month' buttons, located in the top tool bar, depending on when you would like to date the invoice.

To copy an invoice, use the record selector to select the appropriate invoice, and click on either, 'Copy Inv Now' or 'Copy Inv Next Month' depending on when you would like the invoice dated.

To add a new item to an existing invoice, use the record selectors to select an existing item from the invoice, and click on the 'New Item' button.

To create a label for this company, tick the 'Label for This Company' box. To print the labels, select the 'Labels' button from the report selector. Use the label layout to position the first label, then click on the print button in the top toolbar (print preview is also available).

To print any of the other reports select the appropriate button from the reports menu and click on the print/print preview buttons as above.

To make the drop down menu easier to use, only active companies are displayed. To view all companies use the toggle button labeled 'All Companies'. To change the status of a company use the 'This Company is Active' tick box.
