Creating ID Cards.
Click on the ID Card button on the class screen to open the ID Cards screen.
To add a new cards, click the 'Add Card' button. Fill in the surname and forename fields. The card code will be automatically generated.
To add an existing picture to the cards, copy it to C:\Program Files\DbtoGO\Images\. Close the form, then reopen it. Find your ID card by selecting it from the green drop down box, then select your picture from the Image File Name drop down box.
To take a new picture with a camera click on the 'Select Camera' box. A list of all Twain devices will appear, select the corrct devie. Click ‘Get Image’ and a small interface to the camera should appear, take a picture. The picture will automatically be added to the ID Card.
To modify an existing card, use the green drop down box to find the correct card, then modify detail by over typing / retake picture.
Click the 'View Badge' button to preview the badge, the click the printer icon to print it.
