To add a person, click on the 'Add Person' button on the
tool bar. Fill in their forename, surname, date of birth, and if appropriate
date of death. Tick the 'male' box if appropriate to indicate gender.
If you have a picture you would like included for this family member,
click on the large DBtoGO image, next to DOB, then locate your picture
file.
Fill in as many family members for this person as you
can. If the family member is already in the database, simply choose there
name from the appropriate drop down box, if not type there name (forename
then surname). You will then be asked if you would like to create a new
record for this person. Click 'Yes' to continue, 'No' to cancel.
To view a family member details, i.e. Fathers detail,
simply click on the book icon next to the name.
Details can be added or edited anytime. Simply over type
existing details.
