Seat Diners
Once you have entered your guest names, you need to select the number and size of table from the two drop down boxes in the top left-hand corner.
Press 'Seat Diners' to arrange the diners around the tables. If you would like to have partners sit at the same table, make sure the 'Partners at Same Table' box is ticked. Once the diners have been automatically arranged around the table, you can click on two diners to switch ther position. Simply click on the first, the box will become outlined in red, then click the person you want to switch positions with.
Pink boxes are female diners, blue are male.
To print out the plan, click on the printer icon at the top of the page.
