To perform an operation, select the desired operaton from the operation list, then click the 'Start Operation' button.
Play Sequence: will step through all the picture in the chosen category, using the display times assigned to each picture. If there are no defined times a fixed 5 second display will be used for each picture. Clicking ‘Stop Operation’ will stop the sequence. The sequence starts at the current picture.
Play Sequence with Sound: Operation is the same as for Play Sequence (above) except that a sound file is played, if it exists.
Play Sequence with Sound (Use sound timing):
Operation is the same as for Play Sequence above except that a sound file
is played, if it exists and the sequence steps to the next picture at
the end of the sound file.
Record Sound: will activate the voice recorder. When
‘Stop Operation’ is clicked the recording is stopped and the
audio file assigned to the picture in view. If the right cursor key is
pressed on the keyboard, the audio file is saved and the next picture
is displayed and a new recording started.
Record Picture Display Time: will activate
a timer. If a sound file exists it will be played. When ‘Stop Operation’
is clicked the elapsed time is saved for the current picture. If the right
cursor key is pressed on the keyboard, the elapsed time is saved, and
the process repeated for the next picture.
Record Sound and Record Picture Display Time: record sound as above, and record time laspe between pictures. Use the cursor key to move to the next picture.
