Add pictures to the database (see operations - process new pictures). To change the name of the picture, over type the existing name. To change the category, select a new category from the drop down box. To rename a category over type the existing name.
To view a full size picture, select a thumbnail (selected thumbnail will be outlined in red) and click the 'Main Picture' button. To return to to thumbnail view, click on the enlarged picture. If there are more than 42 pictures, the Page Up and Page Down keys can be used to move between pages.
To view pictures from only one category, select the category from the yellow drop down box. The thumbnails for all the pictures in the category will be displayed. To view a picture, select it from the green drop down box, or to scroll through the pictures, use the arrows in the bottom right. Note: if a filter is set, only pictures in the category will be displayed in the green drop down box, and you will only be able to scroll though the pictures in the category.
