Files currently listed for backup are displayed in a list
on the screen. If they are folders then the 'folder' tick box will be
ticked. The number of files in a folder (will be set to 1 for an individual
file) and the size of the file/folder are displayed.
To add a file to the backup list, select 'Add FILE to
list' from the 'Chose an Operation' drop down box. A standard find file
window will appear, find the desired file.
To add a folder to the list, select 'Add a FOLDER to the
list'. A standard find file window will appear, select a file in the desired
folder. Sub-Folders will not be included in the backup.
To view files in a folder, click on the box contain the
folder path, then select 'View Files in SELECTED Folder' from the operations
drop down box. A list of the files in the folder will appear. To view
sub folders in the folder click on the box contain the folder path, then
select 'View Sub folders in SELECTED Folder' from the operations drop
down box. To return to viewing the files/folder in the back up folder,
select 'View Files in Back Up Folder' from the operations drop down box.
