To backup the files in the list, select the back up folder from the 'Back Up Folder' drop down box. To add a new folder to store back ups in select 'Back Up - Add Folder'. A standard folder location box will appear, then selected the new folder.

Once the back up folder has been selected, choose 'Back Up NOW' from the operations box. A confirmation box will appear, select 'Yes' to complete the backup.

Auto back will create an item in your start-up folder, allowing the database to run at system start-up. Your back files will automatically be updated. They will only be updated once a day. The status of auto back up, is displayed in the box labeled 'Auto Back Up'. To enable/disable auto back up select 'Back Up - Toggle Auto'.
