Creating a Mail Merge List. By creating a mail merge list you can make labels for a select list of contacts. To see the current mail merge list, choose 'View Mail Merge Data' from the mail merge drop down list. You can add a contact to the list by choosing 'Copy this record to Mail Merge'. To add all contacts of the same type, i.e. all personal contacts, select the type from the yellow drop down list, then choose 'Copy Filtered Data to Mail Merge'. You can remove all contacts from the list by choosing 'Clear Mail Merge Data'. To remove all contacts from one type from the list, then select the type from the yellow drop down list the choose 'Remove Filtered Data from Mail Merge'. To remove one contact from the mail merge list, find the record and select 'Remove the Record from Mail Merge Data. |
